Police nad Metuji - Adrspassko-teplicke skaly

Police nad Metují (German: Politz an der Mettau) is a town in the Hradec Králové Region of the Czech Republic. Metuje flows through the town.

There are many beautiful places of historical and cultural interest in the area, as well as many sublime hiking trails. There are also very good bike routes, especially for mountain bikes, an open air swimming pool and opportunities for fishing.

During the winter season, if the conditions are good, it is possible to use the well-maintained cross country-skiing trails. Down-hill skiing is also available on courses equipped with ski lifts, snow machines and flood lights for night time skiing.
