The Hotel Nechanicky is a hotel with its own unique atmosphere, located in the centre of Spindleruv Mlyn at the edge of the river Elbe. The hotel was opened in 1929 and it was completely reconstructed in 1993 and very recently refurbished, however the original rustic style was preserved. All rooms are rusticly furnished, they have a modern bathroom with bath or shower, sat.t.v. and telephone. There are double and triple rooms. Some of the rooms have a direct view over the river Elbe, including rapids just in front of the hotel. The hotel has two restaurants, a bar and a seperate nightbar in the cellar. Furthermore, the hotel has a spacious terrace on the banks of the river Elbe. A special skiroom with lockers for skis and ski equipment is at the guest´s disposal. There is a ski rental shop connected to the hotel. For hotel guests, there is a parking lot next to the hotel. In the immediate surroundings of the hotel there are many marked foothpaths which are also accessible in winter.  They lead through the Krkonose National Park. In the winter, horse drawn sleigh rides are available in front of the hotel.
